Every version of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Client Services Agreement that has been published on this site, each at a permanent address that never changes.
Clause 2.3 of the Client Services Agreement says the version governing a project is the one published here on the date of the Proposal. This page is how you check that for yourself, at any time, without asking us.
The SHA-256 column is the checksum of the exact file served at that address.
If a byte of an archived version ever changed, its checksum would no longer
match, and the record of it is kept in version control with its own timestamp.
On a Mac or on Linux: shasum -a 256 <file>.
No versions are archived yet. The first published version of each document will appear here on the day the site goes live, and every version after it stays.
